Who we are

Kakobuy PL Review Desk is a small editorial team based in Warsaw, Poland. We founded the desk in 2021 after several years of ordering through shopping agents and finding very little written about how the process actually behaves from Poland: which lines are honest about transit times, what a useful QC photo set looks like, and how consolidation changes the final chargeable weight.

Our team has three editors. Marta Zielinska is Editor-in-Chief and covers agent operations and parcel logistics. Daniel Kaczmarek is Reviews Editor and runs the hands-on bench, from insole measurements to stitching checks. Elena Novak is Research Editor and keeps our comparison tables honest by rechecking prices, rates and transit data every quarter.

How we work

We order products through the same Kakobuy PL account a regular buyer would use. We pay service fees, domestic shipping inside China and international postage at the normal rate. We log agent response times, count QC photo angles, weigh and measure every parcel on our own bench scales, and then split identical parcels across shipping lines to compare cost and arrival.

What we publish

We publish product picks, buying guides, shipping line comparisons and explainers about QC photos, consolidation and customs paperwork. Each review carries a five-point score, a short testing note and the date the product was last tested.

Corrections and privacy

Reading our coverage

For Poland-bound hauls, our comparisons separate product fit from agent communication, chargeable parcel weight and the cost and timing of the selected shipping line.
